"Laws should not be rigid or fixed. Instead, they should be flexible enough to take account of various circumstances, times, and places."

Laws are created to meet the injustice and find the guilty. These are written documents and enacted once the judicial procedure approves.Every aspects of life including social, economical ,technical and even international follows these laws.If one can make law flexible and rigid accordingly to their on wish it does not meet the objective of the law.People need justice and it fulfill the thirst of the people.

The process of enactment of law varies from country to country. The incidence like Bhopal Gas Tragedy in India and the Chernobyl in Russia ,which world witnessed in recent years has been an examples to those whose victims never got justice till now.Even though there has been huge destruction of life ,infrastructure and environment. The question lies whether the guilty had been punished or not.The victims are still facing the deep disgrace of government and even the compensation they get is very less.
Considering this circumstances the people need justice for their survival .The law can be flexible to meet this injustice.

A recent law had been formulated regarding the saving life in case of any who has met with an accident .Strangers can save the life any one who met an accident in road...Earlier a police complaint had to filled before getting admitted to hospital .As the law makers found saving life is a priority and right of doctors than the report filling by the police ,This flexible holds strong the nature of intimacy of humankind .

Recent movement against corruption in India has witnessed for a failure in law enactment. The corrupted politician's still rule ,once they have been charged for it .The crime has been increased and the intensity of crimes is also at the peak level. The guilty will get a maximum of life term if he kills 1 or 10.The severity of law has a limit .So time has come to change the law for the flexible approach.

As the law need a flexiblity in approach considering the situation, place and time .This flexibilty can cater the hasty enactment and speedy execution providing justice.

A short trip to Edamalayar and Bhutankatte

It was fine saturday afternoon, after my lunch , labeeb rang me for planning a short trip for tomorrow .No new places came in mind and told him to google it.Suddenly after a few minutes he called me again for giving me a suprise spot Edamalayar, normally had seen this name attached to a name of a corrupted politician for his monetary scandals.I never had a second thought as i continued with my studies .After reaching labeeb room in aluva ,as usual long talk never reaching any consense ,slept till morning 7 am.I had my bath ,My usual jeans with a white T-Shirt and labeeb quite prepared for a adventureous journey dressed in a casual check shirts and long blue jeans.

We headed towards Aluva Town to Perambavoor Road.I pulled over for petrol, I had full confidence in my bike except the oil factor niggling in my head.I accosted the petrol guy telling him to put for Rs 200,My voice was misinterpreted by him for 100 ,he put me for Rs 100,OK.Thinking its only 50km ahead i just accepted it with a hope reaching our destination with no more thinking about petrol factor.Road was well maintained in these areas ,very often with speed breakers ,humps .

Being its a sunday ,i found many car parked in front of Church's in perumbavoor-kothamangalam route .Hardly few shops were open ,delighted to see a Karnataka Udipi hotel - i made a sudden surprise making labeeb to stop for breakfast. He continued with a sarcastic comment"you-Karnataka" made me to delay breakfast to some more time.

As we were approaching the Bhootankette ,we wer able to see a shift in urban to rural setting of Kerala,Rice ,Coconut ,Banana cultivation dominated these areas. A bridge was greeted by gate like structure in front we had sighed our selves in reaching the first destination .He was friegthend in parking the bike in the bridge as i insisted him ,finally to surrender me ,We took some snaps and a very impressed by the panoramic view of the dam.Water was allowed to flow to other side through a small orifice .We met an ice-cream vendor and a local guy for our queries regarding the distance, road and list of others places to our wacthlist.

We entered to the forest entrance ,My feeling suddenly getting changed as we approached a calm ,peaceful road ,mind getting filled with incidents that might confront us in this lonely area.I could only distinguish Teak and no other tree was familiar for me .After a few km ahead ,delighted to see the first yellow building with a man having his news time on paper. It was long time from now i saw another building .The climate was cool and birds sounds filled with a pleasant hope ,hardly any bikes passed by .We came across a van filled with a many family members enjoying themselves ,as we overtook them we reached a closed gate. This raised question regarding my entry into dam need any permission?.But the police greeted us with a gentle smile and very happy to see two young guys .

After our entry to the main gate,we reached the Edamalayar dam-A beautiful artificial dam across the river .The dam was not filled to maximum limit making other side dry as no water could reach. The water was clear i saw many small boats made of bamboos used by workers for collecting bamboo. The just sit in the bamboo boat ,mostly from karnataka ,as i thought sitting in it will be dangerous.

Permission was not granted to enter the gate ,entry was restricted for KSEB workers. We walked down to the lake discussing concerns about ecosystem affected by building a dam.We had kappa and half baked beef ,i was feeling nauseate and even he didn't left any ..

Some facts about dam was revealed by a guy from Nilambur ,had come for bamboo business for paper factory. As the time approached 11 we made a fine exit from dam heading to bhootatankette.

The way to bhoothankette -- a small pavement in a forest filled with a sudden feeling of being trapped ,as we moved could never see any people and the sound was absolute silent. The point we reached a turn in the way,we could never distinguish the front way it was almost covered by thick small trees. We thought of making a reverse as its said "a reverse is never an option " made us to move forward.

We were able to hear some human voice .filled with a relaxed mood we reached a area filled with rocks and water making its way in between. We had some rest in the rocks as other visitors enjoyed the nature and the belief that this place was made by a ghost made them quite eagerness in knowing this place.

We left this place quiet early before the zuhar to reach aluva by 2:00 pm.

"It is always an individual who is the impetus for innovation; the details may be worked out by a team, but true innovation results from the enterpris

Every aspects of life requires innovation for optimization and stability for a a better leaving for tomorrow. World has witnessed a notable change in all fields, productive to humankind . Necessity is the mother of invention .Man's desperate need for a solution that can be a temperorery or permanent ,is the motive behind the innovation. There are lot of revolutionary scientist's whose thinking had led today a world of technological and economical progress. Here the real credit goes to individual whose inception in forming ideas in his mind is accountable.

This was evident from history when Copernicus postulated by his perspective regarding the solar system. He Predicted and founded that "sun is the center of earth and all the planets revolve around it".As time progressed his thinking got a new era in the astronomical studies .Though Copernicus individuality is never taken into account ,but the contribution from an individual is remarkable and its the real impetus towards the latest revolutionary in astronomical studies.

Individuals outdo team in certain works in implementing .The revolution for example in the field of milk,silk...are examples where an individual research had a great effect in the development of the country. The recent revolutions in Egypt,Syria and Lybia are due to the concerns from certain individual who makes other motivated to struggle.

The freedom struggle for any country may be effort by the will be a team effort ,but the real man who motivated these struggle are represented as icons of history. The "Appathied " movement in South Africa was led by led by Nelson Mandela against the rulers for neglecting the blacks and oppressing them.Huge research projects are undergoing in labs are the result of individual thinking in respective field .As today technological advanced era poeple patent their work for taking them to research.

Today ,there is recognition in individual works ,providing them accolades and awards for their commitment and hardwork. The goverment support them financially and ensure their work is notified and bring into effect from numerous effort from team members. For a perfect execution of any project or any kind of revolt there should be a high indulgence and cooperation between the individual and team .Are we today considering the individual behind every innovation?.

"The function of science is to reassure; the purpose of art is to upset. Therein lies the value of each."

The relation between science and art is diverging in recent times. The natural proclivity towards science is the primary reason for the domination of science over art.
Generally the approach towards science is a common phenomena and as is inspired from generations. The purpose of science can meet a concrete and a firm reasoning towards the general accepted belief. It can reassure the facts and objectives necessary for the sustainablity of knowledge and passing it over to generations. The significance of art is limited in the case of its negligible recepients and the awareness of art in common people .Some arts and the concerned works becomes esoteric ,Primarly to meet the ideologies of some preeminent persons.Art has got an unique charracterisation of ideas and the preference to art is limitted to certain people.

The general approach to find a solution is to understand the theoretical and practical aspects of a subject .This can be only possible in considering a science as an option.Numerous reserach in the field of medical geographical ,political and economical is the clear evidence science being preferred for the sustenance and better living for tomorrow. The science subjects dwell deep into the subjects ,find the relevant facts ,work on it,cogitate new solutions and observations primarily to help the humankind to save and preserve the earth as safe place to live.

The domination of science over arts is seen at the primary level in schools and colleges .Parents prefer their children to opt science subjects than over arts in choosing their careers .It's because the natural tendency that profile bearing a science can offer them fair earning and descent life for future .This trend is growing in countries like India where the number of intake is less in case of applicants .The graduates confer high demanding job once they emerge from their respective colleges. The growing opportunities in science have a reassuring effect in case of these profesionals .The inter-relations between countries and technology transfer, and global approach of countries to provide a unified approach makes assure them a brightness in future.

The purpose of art is said to upset because of its comparision towards science yield an unnatural response. The general trend toward art is in its complexity and its implied agenda can be only understood by a few intellectuals followed by followers. The employ opportunities for art candidates is not attractive and lucrative compared to science graduates.Recent methologies are trying to make art a more attractive and preferable .During economic depression the trend is likely to made a shift in choosing a lucrative carrier over inherent choice and talent of a particular candidates.

The value of art is clear from its contribution towards the devolepment of creating a human beings more humble and generous. The works from history teaches humankind to be a better social animal .The impact on revoulutions and the emergence of artist, politicians and ideoligies made us to learn from the past incidents.

Lastly,Science and art are sides of a coin.It has got negetive and positve implications on coming to the practical side and it has to be in balance for a well functioning of our world.

Embedded system Vs PC

The main difference between an embedded controller and a PC is that the embedded
controller is dedicated to one specific task or set of tasks. A PC is designed to run many
different types of programs and to connect to many different external devices. An
embedded controller has a single program and, as a result, can be made cheaply to
include just enough computing power and hardware to perform that dedicated task. A
PC has a relatively expensive generalized central processing unit (CPU) at its heart
with many other external devices (memory, disk drives, video controllers, network inter-face circuits, etc.). An embedded system has a low-cost micro controller unit (MCU) for its intelligence, with many peripheral circuits on the same chip, and with relatively few external devices. Often, an embedded system is an invisible part, or sub-module of another product, such as a cordless drill, refrigerator or garage door opener. The con-troller in these products does a tiny portion of the function of the whole device. The controller adds low-cost intelligence to some of the critical sub-systems in these devices.
An example of an embedded system is a smoke detector. Its function is to evaluate sig-
nals from a sensor and sound an alarm if the signals indicate the presence of smoke.
A small program in the smoke detector either runs in an infinite loop, sampling the sig-
nal from the smoke sensor, or lies dormant in a low-power “sleep” mode, being awake-
ened by a signal from the sensor. The program then sounds the alarm. The program
would possibly have a few other functions, such as a user test function, and a low bat-
tery alert. While a PC with a sensor and audio output could be programmed to do the
same function, it would not be a cost-effective solution (nor would it run on a nine-volt
battery, unattended for years!). Embedded designs use inexpensive micro controllers to put intelligence into the everyday things in our environment, such as smoke detectors, cameras, cell phones, appliances, automobiles, smart cards and security systems.
